Jacob Newens – arrived on time, professional, courteous, cleaned up,quickly replacing the old with the new disposal. He is my hero! Thank you! Yay.
Rapid response and great relief for me!
Washing machine and dryer were in a closet adjoining son’s bedroom closet. Everything had to be removed due to mold. After all was done we were able to get machines back into closet. (Took 3 weeks to get all the mold removed and closets rebuilt) Meanwhile- stress trying to get laundry done. After all was finished, I called Plumbing Solutions to re-install washer and dryer. JACOB arrived less then an hour later and got them back in place- I might add- back in their PROPER places where they should have been all along!
Jacob worked swiftly and cheerfully. I cannot thank him and Plumbing Solutions enough! (I might add that this was the third time they came to rescue me for other problems- always wonderful!)

Quick response… Jacob was a delight… smiled through a dirty job. Answered every question… cleaned up after.
Nasty pinhole pipe leak - Problem solved.
That sound you don’t want to hear …water draining from the water heater. Turned out to be a pin hole leak in a hot water line. The job was a real challenge and Jacob turned out to be the right man for a tough assignment. A very tight and restrictive crawl space welcomed Jacob and he went right in there, spotted the leak and repairs completed without complaint.
I am well aware of what he was up against and truly appreciate his determined approach to a tough job. I usually do most of our repairs myself…. but very happy to have this one off the list. Costly for a person that does his own work, but well worth it this time for the peace of mind and knowledge that Jacobs work prevented potentially higher costs down the road.
